What we collect

Contact form. The details you type (name, email, and anything optional such as company, country, phone, budget and your message), plus your IP address to protect the form against spam.

AI assistant. If you use the chat assistant, your messages and its replies are saved, with your IP address and browser type, so our team can follow up and so we can improve the assistant and prevent abuse. If you give your name and email in the chat, the assistant passes them to our team as an enquiry.

Cookies. We use one essential cookie to keep forms and the chat working during your visit. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.

How we use it

Only to reply to you, prepare a proposal if you ask for one, and keep this website secure. We don't sell your details or add you to a mailing list without asking.

Who else processes it

Our web host stores the website and its database. The AI assistant is powered by Anthropic's Claude API: your chat messages are sent to Anthropic to generate replies and are handled under Anthropic's commercial terms, which don't allow them to be used to train their models. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts.

How long we keep it

Enquiries and chat conversations are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and any project that follows, and deleted when no longer needed. You can ask us to delete them at any time.
